How to Submit a Mortgage Application to the Bank Using ACCESS by Cashew

Once you've shared a proposal and your client has decided on a package, the next step is submitting the application to the bank. Here's how to do it in just a few taps using ACCESS by Cashew.

Submit the Application

Let's say you've discussed the options with your client and you know which package they want to go with. Simply click Submit Application, select the bank , review that all your client's details are correct, and hit submit.

From there, Cashew will get in touch with you to share the banker's contact details. The banker will reach out to your client directly, take it from there, and if all goes well, the loan gets approved and you receive your commission.
