Yes. Cashew is free for customers. We are compensated by the bank after your loan is successfully disbursed. Importantly, banks pay the same standard commission regardless of the package you choose, so there is no incentive for us to recommend anything other than the right fit for you. Your loan terms and interest rates are not marked up by using our service.

We work with all major licensed lenders in Singapore, including DBS, OCBC, UOB, HSBC, Standard Chartered, CIMB, Maybank, Citibank and others. This allows us to compare a wide range of packages across fixed, floating (SORA), and hybrid options to find the most suitable deal for your profile.

There is no catch, but there are conditions. Cash rewards are based on the final disbursed loan amount tiers. Legal fee subsidies are provided directly by participating banks and usually come with a standard clawback period. If a loan is fully redeemed within that period, the bank may claw back the subsidy it paid on your behalf. Your consultant will explain these details clearly before you accept any offer.
