These Terms & Conditions ("T&Cs") govern the Max Miles promotion (the "Promotion") jointly offered by NMAKI SG Pte. Ltd. (operating as "Cashew") and Max Now Pte. Ltd. ("HeyMax"). By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.
1. Eligibility
1.1 The Promotion is open to individuals who successfully obtain a home loan ("Home Loan") through Cashew.
1.2 A user becomes eligible ("Eligible User") when:
- They receive and sign a Letter of Offer ("LO") from a partner bank; and
- The LO was facilitated through Cashew.
1.3 Minimum loan amount: S$200,000.
1.4 Only new home loans and refinances arranged through Cashew qualify.
1.5 Internal transfers within the same bank or DIY applications not supported by Cashew are not eligible.
2. Max Miles Award Structure
2.1 Eligible Users will receive 1 Max Mile for every S$50 of Home Loan amount, subject to the following rules:
(a) Tiered step increments
- Miles are awarded in blocks of S$100,000.
- Loan amounts are rounded down to the nearest S$100,000 for calculation.
Examples:
- S$200,000 loan → 4,000 Max Miles
- S$250,000 loan → 4,000 Max Miles
- S$300,000 loan → 6,000 Max Miles
- S$5,000,000 loan → 100,000 Max Miles (cap reached)
(b) Maximum cap
- The maximum award is 100,000 Max Miles (equivalent to S$5,000,000 loan amount).
(c) No partial or prorated awards
- Amounts below the threshold (e.g., S$299,000) are rounded down.
3. Fulfilment Timeline
3.1 Eligible Users will receive their Max Miles on the last day of the following calendar month after the LO signing date.
Example: LO signed: 15 December → Miles credited: by 31 January.
3.2 Crediting of Max Miles is handled solely by HeyMax.
4. Requirements for Receiving Max Miles
4.1 A HeyMax account is required to receive and redeem Max Miles.
4.2 Eligible Users will receive a Max Miles Reward Notification Email from HeyMax with instructions on account activation and redemption.
4.3 Users are responsible for checking spam/junk folders for the notification email.
4.4 If an Eligible User does not activate or create their HeyMax account within 60 days, the Max Miles will be forfeited.
5. HeyMax Terms
5.1 Max Miles are not physical rewards and do not expire for any active HeyMax account.
5.2 Users must not open or maintain multiple HeyMax accounts or engage in fraudulent behaviour.
5.3 Violations may result in termination of the HeyMax account and forfeiture of Max Miles.

6. Exclusions
6.1 The following do not qualify for Max Miles:
- Loan applications not facilitated by Cashew.
- Cancelled, withdrawn, or expired LOs.
- Cases where the bank declines the loan after LO issuance.
- Loans where the user does not proceed to sign the LO.
6.2 Cashew reserves the right to disqualify any participant for suspected abuse, fraud, or breach of these T&Cs.
7. Verification & Audit
7.1 Cashew and HeyMax may request supporting documents (e.g., signed LO, identification, proof of completion).
7.2 Failure to provide such documents may result in disqualification.
8. Changes to the Promotion
8.1 Cashew and HeyMax may amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time without prior notice.
8.2 Any disputes will be resolved at the sole discretion of Cashew, whose decision shall be final.
9. Liability
9.1 Cashew is responsible only for validating eligibility.
9.2 HeyMax is solely responsible for account creation, crediting, redemption, and management of Max Miles.
9.3 Cashew is not responsible for:
- Delays by HeyMax
- Errors in account setup
- Bugs, outages, or system issues in the HeyMax platform
10. Governing Law
These T&Cs are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore.
