We acknowledge claims within 7 business days and aim to provide a decision within 30 business days of receiving all necessary information.

No. It's a transparent promise: if a better publicly available rate existed at approval under identical conditions, we pay the difference (see full T&Cs).

A rate published and available to you given your profile and individual circumstances (loan amount, loan tenure, loan type, etc.) by a licensed lender in Singapore at the time of your approval, excluding private, negotiated, or restricted offers.

The compensation is capped at S$2,000 per mortgage transaction.

During the claim, we will request your explicit consent to verify the alternative rate directly with the lender if needed.
